Team & Technician Standards
How Precision Air Solutions expects HVAC service to be diagnosed, explained, documented, tested, and completed.

What Customers Should Expect From the Service Team
Technician Communication Standards
Customers should be told what was checked, what failed, what is still operating, and what choices are available. A repair recommendation should make sense before work begins.
For replacement work, the explanation should include sizing, equipment match, duct or airflow concerns, thermostat/control needs, access constraints, permits, warranty, rebate fit, and the expected comfort result.
For light commercial work, the service conversation should cover tenant comfort, rooftop access, filter condition, controls, maintenance intervals, business-hour constraints, and whether repair or replacement is the practical path.
